3. Damaged or Defective Items:

In an unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide detailed photographs of the issue along with your order number. We will review your case and, if approved, issue a credit note for the value of the defective item. This credit note can be used for future purchases at Amolak.
