Shipping Policy

Delivery facility is available within India. Customers are requested to furnish the detailed address along with the pin code or the zip code of the location. This helps our courier agents to successfully deliver the product.

Order Tracking / Shipment

A Whats App message will be sent on the registered mobile number compromising the tracking number along with the courier agency’s name. It may take a few hours to activate the tracking number or show the tracking details.

Is a change in delivery address possible after placing an order?

Delivery address cannot be altered once the order has been placed.

What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

In the event of incorrect details, the product will not be able to reach you. We will not be responsible for this. In the event of reshipping the same order, customers may have to bear the extra shipping charges.

What would be the delivery time?

Once the order is placed, a Whats App message will be sent on the registered mobile number along with the tracking details. Depending on the product’s availability or other circumstances, the items will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 business days.
